Christa is fantastic! She has been an incredible support in helping me with my diet and incorporating more movement into my life. She is responsive, engaged, motivating, and genuinely cares about my progress. Christa assists me in finding movements that are suitable for my body and its limitations, while also guiding me on what I should and shouldn’t be eating. Battling cravings for sugar, carbs, and salt, as well as struggling with a lack of energy and internal motivation to stay active, can be tough. Working on my nutrition with Christa has been fantastic. Her intake and check ins are very comprehensive covering nutrition, exercise, mood, sleep, supplements / medications, etc. She makes plans that are approachable and flexible and is super responsive to questions / requests. I’m really happy with the results I’m seeing in my check ins and at the gym. Highly recommend!
