What services do you offer?

I provide individualized nutrition counseling, functional nutrition support, and personal training for clients in Charlotte, NC and virtually. Programs may include customized macronutrient guidance, lifestyle coaching, strength training plans, meal planning options, and supplement support.

What happens during the initial session?

Your first session includes a detailed intake where we review your health history, dietary habits, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle factors. This helps create a tailored plan that supports your unique needs and long-term success.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes! All nutrition sessions can be completed virtually through the Practice Better platform, giving you flexible access no matter your schedule.

How often do we meet?

Most nutrition clients meet with me in person every 4 -5 weeks depending on their goals. I send out an online check in weekly, and also offer around the clock contact for any questions that arise—text me from the grocery store or from a restaurant with your questions on what to get! For personal training, weekly or twice-weekly sessions are common.

What is Practice Better and how does it help me?

Practice Better is a secure client portal where you can message me anytime, track progress, log meals, access resources, and view your personalized plan. It allows for ongoing support between sessions.

Do you create meal plans?

Yes! Personalized recipe collections and meal plans are available if you would like structured guidance. These plans are tailored to your preferences, goals, and dietary needs.

What is an InBody scan and why is it useful?

An InBody scan measures body composition—including muscle mass, body fat, and water balance. It provides deeper insight than a scale and helps track progress accurately, especially for body recomposition goals.

Do I need to be an experienced exerciser to start?

Not at all. Programs are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're brand new or experienced, training is customized to meet you exactly where you are.

Can you help with weight loss, muscle gain, or improving my energy?

Yes. I specialize in body recomposition, sustainable weight loss, strength building, and improving overall wellness through a functional, whole-body approach.
